In Hobart to hold auditions for the new Channel Nine Beaconsfield telemovie, top casting agent Jane Norris from Mullinars Casting Consultants in Melbourne, took time out to speak with current CSA students about acting, screen testing (auditions) and the industry in general.  The one hour, free session was held at Goodwood Film Studios thanks to kind support from Screen Tasmania.  The session was attended by over 30 students.

Of the Beaconsfield screentests Jane said "The actors have been amazing.  The auditions I saw today were as good as any I would have in Melbourne."  Mullinars are internationally regarded as Australian's top casting agency and have cast projects including The Matrix, Charlotte's Web, Home and Away, The Lord of the Rings, Rush, Underbelly, Tangle and Babe.
