Internationally acclaimed director trains CSA students.

 This exciting weekend intensive for 14-18 year olds where film makers and actors learnt all about actor/director communication, and what it takes to create effective on screen performances was held on the 22nd and 23rd January.  Students worked with award winning director of ABC's My Place and Dance Academy!!

Course content:

Over this weekend students worked with Michael on both sides of the camera, exploring the skills which lead to effective actor/director communication.

Michael shared the two most important elements he considers a screen actor needs to be successful, and facilitated excercises to extend and challenge an actor's understanding and skill set.

Workshop participants viewed successful audition tapes and gained first hand insight into the 'behind the scenes' of the casting process.
